Relocated 400+ employees in a 3-phase move over 12 weeks.Negotiated the first transaction in this building after Bank of America bought ABN Amro. Building was a single user occupied (ABN Amro) prior to this transaction. Negotiated that DRW could take 125,000 RSF or 3 full floors.
